Monday mornings 10:00am - 11:00am
Gentle strengthening class with breathing exercises. Initially designed to benefit individuals with Osteoporosis, it is equally suitable for those with more limited mobility or during injury recovery. Undertaken in small groups, the exercises can be done using chairs to support if necessary.
Classes are £10 each and you are welcome to try a single session. This event runs as a half term block with a discount for paying upfront. With a number of bank holidays through the next block - there are a total of 4 sessions for which the discounted price is £35. The current block begins Monday 28th April 2025.
If you're looking for a yoga class in a small group setting, to encourage gentle exercise that can be done using chairs to support where necessary - look no further. Imogen's knowledge of osteoporosis and osteopenia is really beneficial in her structured teaching - so you can relax knowing you are in safe hands!
