These terms apply to the discount vouchers issued in September 2024 for “£10 off your first treatment at Synergy Health Kendal”. They have 24WMS shown as part of the Voucher Code.

Each voucher entitles one person to £10 off a single treatment at Synergy Health Kendal. The offer only applies to new customers* (see definition below) to Synergy Health Kendal.

The vouchers are for single use only and must be surrendered to the therapist as part payment towards the treatment. The voucher must be presented at the start of the appointment and the user must state they intend to pay using the voucher at the time of booking the appointment.

The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The voucher applies to individual treatments only and cannot be used towards group classes or to attend group events.

The treatment must take place at the Synergy Health Kendal premises. Online appointments and home visits do not qualify for use of the voucher.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.

Vouchers must be redeemed by 28.02.25 with treatments booked via the normal appointment booking process for the therapist and are subject to availability. The decision on treatment types available at time of use of the voucher made by Synergy Health Kendal is final.

The voucher is for use towards a single treatment. Note, some treatments require additional follow-up sessions that will not be covered by the voucher.

* New Customer Definition.

A new customer is defined as an individual who has not previously been treated by a Therapist at Synergy Health Kendal. The individual is not already in the Synergy Health Kendal patient database, neither are they already in the individual therapist’s patient database. To qualify as a new customer, the individual cannot have previously seen the same therapist at a different premises.

The voucher may only be used for the individual’s first treatment at Synergy Health Kendal and not for trying multiple therapies. After the first use of one of these vouchers, the user is no longer identified as a new customer to Synergy Health Kendal and will be unable to use additional matching vouchers with other therapists or for a different treatment type. Once an individual uses the voucher they will be entered into a database to prevent use of further matching vouchers at Synergy Health Kendal and to avoid misuse and abuse of the discount voucher offer (see privacy policy below).

By making use of the voucher the user is agreeing to the voucher terms expressed here and the use of personal data outlined in Synergy Health Privacy Policy. Information on the user’s name, date of appointment, therapist and treatment type will be collected upon use of the voucher and will be stored until 31.05.25 in a database for use by Synergy Health Kendal only as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Synergy Health Kendal reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any time should it be exposed to misuse or abuse of this discount voucher offer.
